Email Marketing & Design

Over the last 10 years, I’ve designed thousands of email campaigns for the travel and hospitality industry, each tailored to engage specific customer segments—including promotions, events, and automated campaigns. From mobile-friendly design to coding, testing, and analytics, I’ve been involved in every part of the email design process. These designs balance visual clarity with strategic messaging while maintaining brand consistency.

My Role

I served as the sole designer and collaborated with the marketing team to translate marketing briefs into effective email designs that drove engagement and converted clicks into bookings. Over the years, my responsibilities have included: accessibility-compliant and responsive design, custom coding, testing, and analytics.

  • I collaborate with marketing team members and copy translators to design accessibility-compliant, mobile-friendly emails that convert, engage, and reflect the brand.

  • Currently, I use Cendyn’s email builder, and I have years of experience custom coding thousands of emails.

  • Each email is tested in Litmus for compatibility across devices and email service providers. I’ve used Google Analytics and Cendyn’s CRM platform to track engagement.

Promotions

When designing, I ensure that emails are effective for both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences by carefully considering content layout.
